The main objectives of the Hindu Writers’ Forum are:
1. To coordinate the efforts of writers engaged in promoting the Hindu cause in all its aspects, dimensions and ramifications.
2. To promote literature and organize lectures and seminars on Nationalism, Hindu Culture, Moral Education and Diffusion of Creative Knowledge.
3. To inculcate the feeling of Hinduism and to instill a spirit of patriotism amongst the Indians, and more particularly amongst the youth of India.
4. To focus attention on the true spirit of Hinduism, rich Ancient Heritage and Hindu Culture.
5. To promote the translations of inspiring and creature literature on Nationalism and Hindu Culture in different Indian Languages.
6. To create amongst all Indians an informed awareness regarding the status and future of the Hindus in India and Abroad.
7. To create an awakening among the Hindus regarding the antinational activities of those Indians and Foreign Agents whose only aim is to destroy India by destroying Hindu Religion and Culture.
8. To create awareness on current National issues like genocide of the Hindus in Kashmir, infiltration of Bangladeshis, ISI Activities, Religious Conversions etc.
9. To create awareness against Casteism, Untouchability and other Social Evils, and develop Social Harmony amongst all sections of the Hindus and the other communities.

In an open letter titled Challenges before the Hindus addressed to all the battered and shattered Hindus of India who are treated with contempt and disgust today by the UPA Government under the stranglehold of an anti-Hindu Catholic woman from Italy, ably abetted by an impotent Prime Minister, Prof K V Paliwal has written as follows:
“It needs no more emphasis here that Hindus and Hindu Dharrna are passing through a very serious and unprecedented crisis due to the negligence of our Dharmacharyas, the so-called selfish Hindu leaders and the Hindus in general.
On the other hand, committed activists of Islam and Christianity, under the patronage of Secularist Government, supported by Marxists and media, are seriously working hard to destroy Hindus and Hindu Dharma as evident from the 2004 General elections in which the Muslims threw away the BJP-led government, and replaced it by the pro-Muslim UPA government which is whole heartedly working only for Muslims’ Cause, in each area of their demands. In this grim situation, there is an urgent need to save the Hindus and Hindu Dharma through a mass awakening of the Hindus by providing facts, figures and also by presenting a comparative view of the Doctrines of Hinduism, Islam and Christianity.
I take this opportunity to warn one and all the Hindus, and particularly, those who are only engaged in amassing the wealth with closed eyes, without caring what is going on under their own feet, and ignoring the fast deteriorating situation of the Hindus, I also wish to warn such Hindus that they will not be able to protect their hard earned wealth, property etc. in pursuit of which they are all the time engaging themselves, without safeguarding their own political future first. What happened to the wealth accumulated by the Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan? Worldwide bloody history of Christianity and Islam is well known! How the European Christians killed ten crore tribals of the North and South America before settling there? And how Islam smashed and ruined several nations of Europe, Asia including India and Africa? Now both these religions are actively working against the Hindus and Hindu Dharma in India under pseudo- secularism. Please recollect and learn a lesson from the bloody history of Islam in India!”
Prof K V Paliwal has invited the kind attention of all the Hindus of India to these ground level facts. He has said that we should think seriously of the current alarming situation! One third of Bharat has already been vivisected and given to Muslims in 1947; North-East has been almost baptized; Assam is gradually moving towards Islamization due to planned infiltration of Bangladeshi Muslims; West Bengal and Bihar have been half-Islamized; Kashmir Valley has already been fully Islamized, and Jammu is on their next agenda. Prof. K.V. Paliwal has observed that the current Indian Government is too pro-Muslim as evident from the Saccher Committee and other Commissions set up by UPA Government. Now Hindus have already been reduced to 2nd or 3 grade citizens.
Their population is decreasing fast, and within the next 20-30 years they may definitely be in minority, and at any rate, positively by 2060, if this trend continues. Against this background he has come to this conclusion: “Just visualize that grim situation, if Hindus, were to be thus systematically wiped out from different regions, and reduced to minority in India; and then under such an Islamic rule, you Hindus will have to face the same fate here as was faced by the Hindus in Pakistan after 1947; is being faced in Bangladesh for the last 60 years. Then India will be ruled by the Islamic Law- Sharia…You should know once for all that as per Islamic Shariah, ‘The Islamic State does not allow the survival of the non-Muslims, be they Hindus, Jews, Christians, Bauddhas, Sikhs or Jains.’ In that situation where will you go? So the only alternative for you will be, either to convert yourself to Islam or Christianity, or lead a slavish, humiliated and degraded life or accept death. No other alternative!”
In his brilliant Pamphlet titled “WHAT HINDUS SHOULD DO?”, Prof. K.V. Paliwal has given this operational message to all the Hindus of India:

Prof K V Paliwal has asked all the fear-ridden Hindus of India to take the following solemn oath:
“Let Each Hindu Pledge
The constructive programme before the Hindu should be the organisation of the young men in pledge-bound military like batches, with Hindu Nationalism as their only ideal. Each Hindu mould have to take an oath, sarying:
1) That he puts the welfare of Hindudom above his personal welfare; the interest of Hindudom above his personal interest; the salvation of Hindudom, and the freedom and greatness of Mother India above his personal salvation;
2) That he considers himself, and himself alone, responsible for his own personal defence; that he also holds himself responsible for the defence of his family, for the defence of the Hindus of his village or of his town, for the defence of the Hindus of his province and of all over Hindustan
Indeed through his powerful pen, Prof K V Paliwal, has shown that for the Hindus of India Valour constitutes the most important pre-requisite today. He has clearly proven the fact that the Hindus of India have plenty of courage for the abstract but not for the concrete. He says that the Hindus of India should realize that life without the courage for death is slavery. Seeing the pitiable and wretched condition of the Hindus of India today, Prof K V Paliwal quotes the bracing words of George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) with approval and aplomb: “It is courage, courage, courage, that raises the blood of life to crimson splendour”
